• Needs Analysis:
  This step allows an accurate analysis of your needs to be made, allowing us to deliver a Course that guarantees your investment is beneficial to the company, staff and customers.
  
  
• Assessments:
  An oral assessment is conducted to determine the current proficiency level of the students. The test covers the main grammatical structures and functional situations. This allows us to accurately measure how much progress has been made throughout a course and also gives the HR department an accurate profile of the employees English Language proficiency.
  
  
• Course Start:
  The students will take a pre test which is a written test and is specific to the material taught. The same test will be repeated at the end of the course meaning it is possible to see how much progress has been made.
  
  
• Lesson Observation:
  The classes will be observed on a regular basis by one of our Instructional Managers who is also your instructional contact person for any issues relating to the material and instruction. A report will then be prepared for the management detailing areas that can be improved in the class and current progress.
  
  
• Student Reports & Certificates:
  These are prepared at the end of the course and are given to the individual students. A report pertaining to the group as a whole is also prepared at this stage.
