We are registered with the Thai Ministry of Education and all of our instructors are qualified native English speakers. We believe there is no substitute for live instruction and that students need the opportunity to practice the language should they want to really achieve success.

Our corporate training service has been delivering high quality instruction to companies around Thailand for over 20 years. We offer extended courses and workshops for the following topics:

We understand the ability to communicate effectively makes a huge difference when dealing with colleagues and customers. We have a full range of training solutions for you to choose from with fully customizable modules, allowing you to design a course to meet the needs of your staff.

All of our instructors are native English speakers and are trained to teach a wide range of business courses either at our Silom school, online via zoom or in your workplace.

In addition to high quality instruction, we provide full administration support throughout the process.

The first step is a chat with our team to determine your study needs and to discuss the type of program you would like your staff to study.

The next step is to test your staff in order to determine their English current proficiency level. A short 5 to 10 minute speaking test is conducted at your office, via zoom or on the phone. Upon completion of testing, we arrange the potential participants into groups that have similar language proficiency. We can then recommend a study program and provide specific course outlines for each group. Should you require or we feel that a writing test is necessary, we can provide one in addition to the speaking test.

On the first study day, we can deliver a pre-test which is specific to the material the students are studying. This is used as a benchmark with the test repeated at the end of the course. It is then possible to compare results.

Individual reports, overall reports and certificates are given to HR upon completion of the course.

A typical course is 30 hours although this can be longer or shorter depending on individual needs.

Workshops

We understand studying every week for a month or longer may not be possible for everyone so a workshop is an ideal solution.

We offer half-day, full-day and multiple-day workshops which can be delivered anywhere in Thailand and SE Asia.

We recommend choosing a specific topic to study and we work with your team using material that relates to their current job functions. The benefit of this is that they can apply the course content directly to a job function.

Case Study One

A large industrial manufacturer requested a group course for staff who are required to deliver 3 hour workshops to colleagues from overseas. We completed a full needs analysis with HR and a number of the participants. This looked at current issues they have and the topics they have to present. We tested the language proficiency of the participants so that we could match the content to their job function.

A presentation workshop was delivered that covered the following:

Participants applied the topics taught to their own presentation and delivered a short segment of it at the end of the course. This was evaluated with areas for further improvement given as feedback.

Case Study Two

A larger jewellery retailer requested a customer service course in order to help their staff present products more effectively with fewer errors, and to deal with any issue a customer may have after a sale.

After completing a needs analysis session with the team, specific material was developed that focused on the company’s products. A speaking test was provided with the participants required to present and explain products. Areas for improvement were noted.

The course was functional with role-play of situations, followed by correction a key element of the course. The participants were tested at the end of the course in order to assess progress.

Mystery shopping was provided to further assess whether or not the language taught was being used in real-life situations.
